Tracking project progress on your phone allows you to:

• Record project progress quickly and easily via mobile device or web browser

• Update progress anytime, from anywhere – without having to open Powerproject

• Site Progress Mobile has an annual subscription fee, calculated by the number of ‘active jobs’
• An active job is a file that has been exported from the Progress Manager, but has not yet been imported back – i.e. the job is finished for mobile users for up-to-date reports
• The license is therefore used every time a job is exported but reissued after import

• A large project, each managing 5 assigned sites of the same plan. Create 5 jobs so if all are uploaded at the same time = 5 licenses
• 5 small projects, 1 site manager assigned sections from each project plan separately. Create 5 jobs so if all are uploaded at the same time = 5 licenses
• But – update a different job every day (e.g. export in the morning, import in the evening) and all 5 projects can be updated with 1 license!
