1. Flexible data input

CubiCost can receive input data from Revit, IFC, CAD, Vector PFD files, and even Scan PDF for more flexible and fast model building. Helping projects that are not BIM-based can also be integrated.

2. Smart recognition feature

Building models from 2D cad will be much faster and simpler with CubiCost’s 3 intelligent identification steps that accurately identify more than 90% of the main components of the building such as columns, beams, and floors,… At the same time, the model also allows modifying the read model from Revit to match the calculation rules.

3. Smart finishing

CubiCost allows to pre-set the finishing process for each space such as bedroom, living room, hallway, and meeting room, and from there, users only need to click on the rooms they want to complete, and the software will automatically complete the tile. , waterproofing, plastering, cladding, … very simple and fast.

CubiCost software automatically warns against collisions and volume duplication. In addition, it also allows back-checking on the model to detect errors due to model stitching.

6. Calculation support according to Vietnamese standards

CubiCost allows to installation rules to deduct the intersection positions between components, completely in accordance with the standard of mass calculation in Vietnam.
